Need one report, not a plan?
A reviewed report covers one site, catchment or market. A Censible analyst checks the figures and the commentary before it's delivered, and every figure is cited back to its source. It costs $1,250, with or without a plan.
Yes. Request a free sample for any suburb, postcode or council and we’ll send the data and a short report for it.
No. Every plan includes unlimited seats, and your team signs in with their work accounts through single sign-on. Allowances such as API requests and reports are shared across the team.
A request is one API call or one MCP tool call, including calculating a new catchment. Using the app and exporting CSVs don’t count. As a guide, a question asked in Claude uses one to five requests, and a dashboard that calls the API once a day uses about 30 a month.
Extra requests on Analyse cost $250 per 25,000. Allowances reset each month and don’t roll over.
A generated report is a PDF produced from Censible’s figures for one site or area. A reviewed report is a generated report that a Censible analyst has checked and edited before delivery.
Yes. Upgrade whenever you like and we’ll prorate the difference on your next bill.
Yes. The Organisation licence covers multi-year contracts and annual billing by invoice. Contact us and we’ll quote for your coverage and use.
It lets AI assistants such as Claude read Censible figures directly, with the source and basis attached to every number. It comes with Analyse and Organisation.
